About

Wesley Steehouwer is a systems thinker, NLP Master Coach, and founder-operator building Charoen Watthana in Southern Thailand in plain sight. He is direct, opinionated, and interested in real work: the kind that changes outcomes, reduces drag, and holds up under pressure.

In a single moment, an accident in Koh Samui stripped away not just the ability to move freely, but the identity built around it. What followed was not a conventional recovery story, but a sustained encounter with the question the accident left behind: who are you, when you can no longer be who you were? That question became the subject of The Day I Stopped Moving, and it still sits underneath the work.

Background

Twenty years across infrastructure, security, enterprise systems, and high-stakes operations on three continents. Dutch by origin. Built in motion. Currently based in Koh Samui, where the work continues.

Credentials

NLP Master Coach

Operating posture

The work is selective, private, and consequential. There is no newsletter designed to build an audience, no product funnel, and no performative consistency. If something is here, it belongs here.
